This Privacy Policy explains how Poke - Deck ("we", "us", the "app") handles your information. By using Poke - Deck you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in (with email, Google, or Apple), we receive your email address and display name to create and secure your account.
- Camera images. When you scan a card, the photo is sent securely to a card-recognition service to read the card's text. We use these images only to identify the card and do not use them for any other purpose.
- Collection data. The cards, collections, grades, notes and scan history you create are stored so your collection is available across sessions.
- Subscription status. We receive your subscription/entitlement status (active, expired) to unlock paid features. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card or payment details.
- Diagnostics. Basic technical logs may be collected to keep the app running reliably.
How we use your information
- To identify cards and show market prices.
- To save and sync your collections and history.
- To provide and manage subscriptions.
- To operate, secure and improve the app.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the app, and they process data only to provide their services to us:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database and hosting.
- Google Cloud Vision — reading card text from scan images.
- RevenueCat & Apple — subscription management and payments.
- Card-pricing providers — we send only card identifiers (not your personal data) to retrieve market prices.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing emihaila101@gmail.com.
Children
Poke - Deck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
