These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Poke - Deck app ("Poke - Deck", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Poke - Deck is an iOS app that scans, identifies and tracks Pokémon trading cards in English, French and Japanese, and displays estimated market prices. It is an independent collector's tool for informational purposes only.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Poke - Deck. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Sign-in is handled via email, Google or Apple as described in our Privacy Policy.

Free plan & subscriptions

• The free plan includes 25 scans, collection management and scan history.
• Unlimited is a paid subscription (with a free trial where offered) that removes scan limits.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Payments, refunds and renewals are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. See our pricing page for what each plan includes.

Card prices & accuracy

Prices shown in Poke - Deck (from Cardmarket, eBay, CardTrader and similar sources) are estimates that change constantly and are provided "as is". They are not an offer, appraisal or guarantee of value. Always verify before buying, selling or grading. We are not responsible for decisions made based on displayed prices, nor for the accuracy of third-party data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it, scraping or overloading our services, or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Intellectual property & trademarks

Poke - Deck is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or associated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. "Pokémon", card names, set names, logos and card images are the property of their respective owners. They are used within the app solely to identify cards for collectors. The Poke - Deck app, its design and its original content remain our property.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on card prices or availability of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by the date above. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. You can stop using the app at any time.
